When my posts come MARCH-ing in.

'Much events happened in March,
Good and bad, in a plastic bag.
I'm wishing for world peace and nothing much,
For the world had slowly gone mad.'

March Two Doodly Doo.

To start things, I turned 26. Ouch.
Had a memorable one, at least not at home alone, which I expected.
And also, I had my first time. 'My first time walking from the cinema to a car, surprised, blown a candle out of my one slice birthday cheesecake in a car'. Walk back to the cinema and Burlesqued, which is so good!

And so, that mysterious person made my day.

helllooo Xtina!

@LIVE and Barbeque party, at my crib
And fast forward to Friday night, I hung out with friends at @live, in Sunway Pyramid. The party was fun. I was half sober, just too bad that the band that's performing didn't turn up as the band I was expecting of. But still, it was a great night and I have my friends to thank for making it there.
The party didn't stop just there yet. The very evening, we had a barbeque party at my place. So we sang, we danced, we watched TV and laughed, and sang again.

Japan, Rocked and Aftershocked
Then, came this story of the year which shocked the world, and shooked Japan, literally.
As we know it, Japan was struck by multiple disasters.
Firstly the devastiting 9.1 Richter scaled earthquake.
Secondly, tsunami came in.
Thirdly, the explosions of nuclear reactors.
And then another 7 something Richter scaled quake.

Thank god, a friend of mine from Japan were spared. (phew)

For the moment, let's pray that peace and harmony prevails, and pray Japan will one again rise to it's feet.

For Japan,
Andy

Going Green

Ah. The nature. Beautiful and peace. By looking at it I'm at ease.

I wish I could stay in the woods or near one at times, like of those movies in Twillight. I want to run free like a naked wild man, I mean a free spirit breathing in fresh air. Free of pollution, free from traffic and pollutions and almost everything but best of all, free of charge. I want to see the racoons running around, with majestic eagles soaring above the blue skies, squirrels foraging for nuts and the bears scratching their backs against a large Oak tree.

But the Earth as we know it is dying. And it's us humans who is to blame.

We caused:

We polluted the air: Smoke emissions from industries, crop dusting, heavy traffics, deforestation and open burning all leads to AIR POLLUTION. With the ongoing development and expansions of cities, we destroyed valuable rainforests. Once the rainforests are depleted, we will have no clean or fresh air to breaths. Not only that, we will kill countless animals by destroying their habitats. It's only a matter of time when we have to wear gas masks for cleaner air, and even bio suits since the ozone layer has already thinned down critically. With the ozone layer thinning, the harmful ray of UV by sunlights will literally melt our skin and temperatures soar globally which leads to the melting of both the polar cap, which will also lead to increment of water levels and sink small islands. All this in a chain reaction, caused by us Earthlings.

We polluted the water. Oil spills, toxic discharges from factories, rubbishes and hence WATER POLLUTION. We kill the ecosystem by dumping toxic wastes into the rivers, killing fishes, birds and the river inhabitants and their homes. It is like someone throwing rubish into your bedroom. Back at those days, I'm still able to see clear rivers with fishes swimming in it and children swimming and playing in the river, but definitely not now or the future with the murky waters which colours are darker than tea.

The aftermath that will ensue, and this my friends is the ugly truth
We will need gas masks to work
Or wear gas masks, and work underground.
Do you know that the polar caps (north and south pole) both serves as a mirror to reflect and bounce back the sunlight and heat? If it melts, Earth will grow warmer and dry at a faster pace.
Where will the birds go swimming?

What about the thirsty, dehydrated, hungry, scared and homeless Koala?
What about the fishes?
What about Tarzan?

Green Peace!

Hapi Cainis Nu Year

' Bid farewell, to the YEAR OF THE TIGER. As it will come in the next 12 years.
As the tiger went hunting, hopped came the bunny, finding for shelter for greener pastures '. Quoted by :

Oh, that is a saying I just made up.

For the year 2011's Chinese New Year, I'm just unsure what to expect, besides the angpow, fireworks, gambling and being single yet again, I'm just.. unsure. So, just let me share what's what of my Chinese New Year bits.

To start with, spending my first Chinese New Year at my new home is actually, great! It started with a bang, and then many bangs. My house was enveloped with HUGE ASS fireworks, those that can make you go..

W O A A H H H~ W O O O O O O... W A A A A A A.. and sometimes WTF!!!! It's like a warzone i tell you!~

Then comes the usual tradition, gambling. It's also my first time being a high roller in the game of Black Jack at a friends place. Per bet, 200 Ringgit. Played for an hour, and I lost 250 ringgit. I went win, and lose, and win and lose and lose and quit.  Hmm...
* Damnit. Some lucky chap walked away with 5000 ringgit. And he's not the dealer.

Then fast forward to Valentines Day. I seemed to be lonely yet another year. And looks like it's gonna be yet another long year.

I could only wish for a cute little bunny for Valentines Day. Something beautiful like this.

A bunny in cheongsam! YAY!

Bang Bang Bang
Andy

Loving you, is everyday.

Happy Valentines Day to you, which is me. I've been single for seven years now. That's a record.

Just so you know, this very special day is held to celebrate LOVE, to show LOVE, to spend LOVE, to eat LOVE, to make LOVE.

I spend mine in a chaotic way. On Valentines eve, i got really drunk at my own home, succumbing to the TIGERS that I had. And I said that three words to my friend Thaneshkumar, and another to my beloved mum as I'm hugging the toilet bowl, flushing all the impurities out of my throat.

Needless to say, I woke up a drunkard the next day, with no voice and a chesty cough. I went to work as usual, but in zombie mode. As night comes, a friend called to have dinner with me at WIP in Bangsar. And I thought it's gonna be a one on one romantic dinner, but no. Not threesome nor foursome.

Five is awesome.

Happy Valentines You All!

Loving You,
Andy

Party People, It's Friday Night!

Hooray for Friday, the day where weekend comes and we can go celebrate and party till like there's no tommorow.

Mood at work is relatively down as we will go think, 'Hey, tommorow's a weekend, what shall I do? ' (daydreams till 5pm)

Which leaves me wondering, what you all gonna do tonight?
